This petticoat is originally intended to be worn with the Margaux dress to give volume to the skirt, but it can easily be used for your other creations. It comes in 9 sizes, from 2 to 10 years old.

It is composed of a cotton skirt with elasticated waist and 3 tulle ruffles. It's quick and easy to make and caters to all levels of sewing.

To make it you will need a rectangle of light cotton and 3 or 6 strips of semi-rigid tulle depending on how you cut it (all details are in the instructions). You will also need a 1cm wide elastic band.
